I've been with Accurate Automotive for almost 15 years, through college and grad school, clunkers to my current reliable Honda Accord. 

This is a wonderful family-run business that infuses everything with their personal touch.  And almost pathologically honest.  I kid you not.  I always get a full explanation of any recommended repairs or maintenance and Lee will also let you know which can be safely deferred if you're short on cash (a lifesaver in my college years!).  He will take care of your family as if his own - which is why everyone I care about eventually becomes a customer.  My mom, my sister, my brother, my best friend...

As if unbelievable customer service, expertise, and honesty weren't enough, Lee and family are always striving to make your experience more valuable - they have recently started a website that allows you access to all your repair records, they send out discount coupons directly to your home (and have been known to honor them even if you forget to bring the coupon to the shop!), and even call a few days after service to make sure you're happy with the work and things are running smoothly.

All I can say is WOW!  This business is the best example of the entrepreneureal spirit and solid work ethic that I have ever come across.  I'd give them 15 stars if I could. 

Also, they specialize in Honda care.  If you have a Honda, this is a no-brainer.  Although I was up in North Glendale for grad school, I took my car all the way to Mesa for service (and I didn't even have a Honda at the time)!

Exceptional service. I was new to the area and had no idea where to go when my clutch went out on my SUV. I was referred here by a friend, and I was nothing but pleased. They were polite, personable, and an overall efficiently run shop. They were very thorough when checking out my vehicle, as well as very straightforward and accurate when it came to my estimate. They even gave me a ride home when I had to leave my car at the shop. Its nice to have a mechanic that I can trust in the area. I would definitely recommend this place for any/all of your repair needs.

Just the Best!!!  in every way!!!  Started with Great Customer service by Crosby on the telephone.  He listened to my concerns and was great in every way.

My appointment was for the following week, fitting in with my work schedule.  Clean, wonderful waiting room that didn't smell like a garage or tire store.  Greeted by the welcoming Kelly....and the service was great.  Would recommend this place to anyone at any time.  I have to drive from Central Phoenix to get to them....but it is worth it.  As an older single woman, I couldn't have asked for more....service, education and smiles!!!

We found Lee shortly after moving to AZ 8 years ago. It was a relief to find an honest mechanic after being shafted so many times before.

Lee's shop is thorough and listens to the customer. Work performed is always of the highest quality. Lee will take the time to explain and problem solve any repair issues, and always let's you know where you stand.

Finding an honest shop is hard. Findng one that's competent AND honest is even harder. Lee Weatherby can be taken at his word and after 22 years in business he and his team have the expertise to fix things right. Accurate Automotive wants your business and earns it every time.

Lee has been doing an expert job of maintaining our family fleet for over 15 years. I can't say enough about this Quality service automotive repair shop. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Recently, I was in the unenviable position of finding an auto shop to do some maintenance on my car. I found Lee's through tofixit.com. Lee and Kelly are the greatest. Everything is explained. No one is condescending. I trust these people - not easy for a woman to say about a car repair shop! I recommend Lee's to everyone!

I have seen other auto repair shops come and go, and I have had some bad experiences when I was in a pinch and couldn't get my car to Lee. But Accurate Automotive has never let us down. Another customer for life.

Fleet managers have a unique situation. We need our vehicles on the road so we can take care of business. Accurate knows where we are coming from and they take good care of us. Highly recommended.
